The Different Internet Business Models
Internet Business Box
The Internet Business Box is designed to be 100% complete (no other software needed) and 100% autopilot for running a profitable Internet business.
We struggled for awhile about what business models to support. Let's go over the different types of business models for running an Internet business so you can see how many choices you have:
1. You can build sites and sell them to others.
2. You can build content sites and sell advertising space on them.
3. You can build content sites and put ad space on them using a network like Google Adwords or Adbrite.
4. You can build content sites and put affiliate links from various networks or individual products on it.
5. You can purposefully review products or provide other supplementary sales material for affiliate products and monetize it with affiliate links at the end of the added value content.
6. You can create a product and sell it.
7. You can create a service (online software, membership area, etc) and sell it. In other words, you can sell areas of your site that are private unless the customer pays for access to them.
We finally decided that we wanted to support them all. In fact, we strongly encourage you to forget about deciding on a business model. Instead, let the software decide which business model makes you the most money. That is part of the "auto-pilot" way of doing things. Why not focus on decisions that are best made by humans and let the computers make the decisions that they best make.
Humans make much better decisions about product design, services to offer, and content to write or record. Computers are great at crunching numbers and deciding if it is more profitable for you to sell access to a product or to sell ad space... or start one site after another and sell it.
All Internet Business Box sites have a page that offers that site for sale.
In fact, that is one great way to get started with the Internet Business Box platform. You can buy a site that is running this software.
If you want a site like this site, you can buy any of the following sites with the Internet Business Box already installed:
CopyOracle.com
InternetBusinessBox.com
TravelHQR.com
SwapDiet.com
DietsResource.com
MarketingBlaster.com
One of the problems we had to solve to implement this business model on complete auto-pilot was how to price sites.
We can't ask the owner of the site to keep up on that, because that violates our "auto-pilot" rule. Although we can give the owner a method to set a minimum price if they wish.
So we did that. The price offered has to be at least the minimum set by the owner of the site if they choose to set a minimum price.
We also decided that nobody would want to sell a site for less than $500. It is just too much trouble to do the transfers. Besides, sites come with the Internet Business Box 3.0 software installed, so they are all worth at least $500 which is the retail price of the software alone without the domain or the traffic. So we set a minimum price of $500 for new sites.
Then there is income. Nobody wants to sell a site for less than the income it is producing. So we set a metric for calculating another minimum price based on the income that the site is already earning.
Then there is traffic. Some sites might be content only sites and not ever earn any income until they are sold. Their job is to create a following by publishing quality content. The value is in the following. We measured that following in terms in the unique visitors to the site in the last 24 hour period and set another minimum price for traffic.
The cost of the site is the highest of those four prices. Those four prices again are:
1. $500 regardless because that is the value of the Internet Business Box 3.0 software.
2. The minimum set by the owner if they choose to set a minimum.
3. A valuation based on the income already being produced by the site.
4. A valuable based on the traffic already visiting the site.
The page offering the site for sale automatically updates, so the "auto-pilot" principle is followed. The owner of the site can focus on whatever they do best (writing articles, creating products or simply creating new sites). They don't have to worry about updating the "site for sale" page themselves. The Internet Business Box software does that for them.
Pretty cool; huh?
If you want your own Internet Business Box powered web-site, select from the sites for sale above and buy it.
